Privacy

Browsing the site

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security.

Practice listings

Listings contain business information that practices publish themselves, such as the practice address and phone number. We do not list individual vets or staff.

Enquiry forms

If you send us a message, an update request or a promoted listing enquiry, we use your name, email and message only to reply and act on it. Form submissions are processed on our behalf by our form provider, Formspree. We keep enquiries for up to 12 months and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
